I dropped in on Monday with several questions and the person working was immediately helpful with making sure I would be safe and gave me detailed information about the products I would need. One of the two parts needed right away wasn’t in stock so I went to Kelowna as I needed it that day, but this will be my first stop any time in the future after this great experience.

These guys came recommended to me by other shops in town. A peer-to-peer referral always sets my mind at ease. I have hired them for two jobs now. First was wiring my Audi to tow a utility trailer. In a recommendation by other campers at the campground about this place and how good they are, I went right away and it was no lie. They listened, and looked at my issue right away and took the time to fit me in on the spot. They were very helpful, kind and courteous. Given that I am from Alberta I have found my go to place every time that I come to Penticton. I came here because I’ve heard good things about this shop and they are one of the only places in town that I know of that specialize in hitches. I was having issues with the trailer light harness on my Honda Ridgeline. I called beforehand they said they were fully booked a week in advance but to come down so they could have a look and see if they could do anything for me and book me in. They ended up fixing it right away to my surprise and charged less than I was expecting. I would recommend this place to anyone. Good honest shop.
